Recently went to this cafe at no. 39. Nhat Chi Mai st., Ward 13, Tan Binh Dist. Nice place in the middle if somewhere ... Hahaha ..

Went out of the cafe to buy cigarettes at one shop. Point out that I want this particular bran n she said dun have n then said have again. Bring me into the shop n show me is this the one u want n I said yes. I guessed she is not the owner but rather friend of the owner. I gave her 100k vnd n the owner said no change for a 20k cigarette , I heard that n I bring out a 20k note but that woman twisted the price n hinted that it is 22k instead, so she accepted that n make the change.

To me is Ai yioh, 2k vnd also must cheat ... Sighz ...

ic what you means. Its like that i think, they want to earn a little. But 2k dong is like 15cents in singapore, not much.
