Please Help! Need to overnight with gal w/o OC notice...How?
i m planning an overnight with my GF this sunday night at her apt. my excuse to my OC is tat i need to fly to KL to stay overnight for a meeting with a customer on monday's early morning.
My OC normally will not check my airline booking, boarding pass etc... but i afraid she will call me! as u know the ring tone in s'pore and malaysia are different. i have thought of turning off the phone when i m in "KL"... but i guess she will suspect... even worst...not a good idea.  any bro got experience or better suggestion for me to escape from "singapore" and prentend in "KL" just for one night and one morning??? i believe many experience bro here have the similiar experience... will appreciate your advise... thanks xiao liao

Bro, the last thing you should do is to say you are overseas when you are not! Unless your GF apartment is near north, which you may have a chance to receive Malaysia's Signals, else I think you better cancel plan.
Dun take the risk and jeopardise your marriage mate....

Divert your call to a Malaysian friend's HP if you have a Malaysian friend. Do tell him that if your OC called, just answer the call and tell him that you in a confidential meeting and that you will return her call later. Do ask him to inform you ASAP so that you can return her call.
If don't have Malaysia friend, go to JB and sign up a pre paid card and divert it to the Malaysia pre paid card HP number.

I suggest that you subscribe to those song or music ringing tones. When someone call you, they will hear the song or music instead of the usual ringing tone.

Bro,
There isn't much need to go through so much trouble on receiving a M'sia signal... especially if you aren't really going there. What I normally tell my OC is that I got call by the ' Nation'. "Reservist - Silent Mod" This way, I could be anywhere in sg. And of course, pls wayang by packing yr full pack, also before the actual 'call up day'. Also do homework by bitching abt the possibility of the activation... Therefore whether you on or off your phone, you can explain it to your OC any way you want.
