there are places like petain rd whereby u see rows of individual gals lying down at their own rms. This place is in nagoya very near to Alisan ktv, must climb staircase upstairs. For exact location pls ask d ojeks around there.

Heard got big argument between them as Prima Ferries fare cheaper by $5. According to the crew, Prima owner also the owner of the Harbour Bay.

I don't think he was asking about such places LOL
Anyway, there are 3 such places around Nagoya and Jodoh. One is closer to Newton than to Alishan. Ask the ojek to take you to a "lady house". ST is cheap (50k-100k), but let me say the level is really low.
And don't forget "Mornìn Bekrì", if you like it cheap.
Even cheaper? Climb the hill and you'll find opportunities in small poor houses along the road. I doubt it's a good idea to try also that.

No doubt a tourist is always charged higher, but you too exaggerate:
- What does "all day" mean? the point is: how many hours of actual driving time? you burn fuel only when you drive
- I once went to Barelang and more South to the Kampung Vietnam using the car of a friend of my friend. It was a few hours driving. I refunded only the fuel and, if I am not wrong, just the fuel costed 200k. So, you see that 70k/hr * 3hrs driving to Barelang and South and return = 200k for taxi service is not too much.
- the standard taxi fare to/from Nagoya to/from Harbour Bay is 40k. To/from Batam Center is 50k. Therefore, 70k/hr is not too much, by comparing to that.

It's a shocking news indeed for all us travelling from Singapore to Nagoya.
The official newsletter of the hotel and company, which provides what I believe is the most informative web site on Batam tourism (http://www.smilinghillbatam.com/), has published detailed news about this.
I copy some excerpts.

THE WAVEMASTER ferry service between Singapore and Harbour Bay has been suspended until further notice, according to information from the Harbor Bay Batam ferry terminal.
“Pleased be advised that effective from today (Nov. 13) until further notice that (the) Wavemaster ferry is not operating
from Singapore (Harbour Front) to Harbour Bay Batam anymore,” the ferry terminal responded to an inquiry.
Happynings has learned that the agreement between Wavemaster and Harbor Bay terminal has been cancelled.
Wavemaster plans to begin service between Singapore and Batam Center in a few days, according to reports.
Ferry passengers can still use the Harbour Bay terminal for trips to and from Singapore but will need to book through Prima Ferries Pte. Ltd.
Happynings has also learned that Batam Fast expects to start service between Harbor Bay and Singapore in three months.

Hi, He is not exaggerate. I have also gotten driver for whole day at 300k. They bring you everywhere u go and wait for you. You just need to call them when u need their service. Normally i would use my cewek hp to call them even at 2am when i leave the disco.

70k an hr is too expensive. Never mind lesson learn.
