Karaoke girls are safer because there is a place to go back to and a business reputation to uphold.

Hi bro. To be on the safe side u could deposit your passport, going back ticket and some spare cash in safe deposit at the hotel reception. You'll have to declare and sign for it. When you want to check out then you take it. More safer.

Hmm....tot I was the only 1 being offered such cos I not handsome or loaded. Sad but true. Tats y I say in Btm/Tbk, supirs or even local friends, be wary of them. Desperate people do desperate thing$!

haha!!! there are 3 pests in btm...taxis drivers, ojeks and ayam..of course the king copra..polisi.....ordinary locals there are friendly if you are a little generous to them...they know that you are very rich...everyone is a billionaire.
some of them will offer their wives or girlfriends to you if the price is right ( not much, lah)....but mind you some of the cewek will not ,even you offer them a few months of their pay...they may even change their nos. if you pester them too much..haha!!! this makes ah pek amused and happy hehe!!

Very true! The other 3 I can ustand cos they cari makan and depend on tamus like us. I oso can ustand y a supir so de$perate to even offer his wife...or even daughter$ to tamus. Sad but true! But the fcuking polisi r the worst! Corrupted officials! Squeeze money fm OKT and tamus. They dont deserve a single penny fm us!

we still managed to understand each other
he seems to be a nice guy

The police chief there have to find extra cash to supplement the salaries of the policemen, the ka kias..... You see them living in good homes, and got cars of their own.... you think their salary can make it?

How I know? Becos I know the last chief in batam. Too bad, he was posted away. In a way, you get to know them, you can get alot of things done. I mean, legal ones.
