I've to say bros better be very careful when interacting with these Viet WLs from Geylang and Joo Chiat. Don't put your emotions into it. Majority of them just want to make use of you in some form or another to achieve their goals.

I myself have been through alot of nonsense these past few weeks. Till now I can still remember the advices from bro Hurricane88 and Hony Boon.

Customary marriage is only recognised by the local police for both of you to stay together. Bro, be it white collar or blue collar, it will depends on how much the chap earns, whether is it enuff for the family, and whether the wife is easily satisfied financially. Most of the Viet gals who work in the bars have huge demands for money. The reason for them to choose to work in the bar and lam tinh with customers is for MONEY.

So after marriage, if their husbands is not earning enuff to feed them or to satisify their needs financially, they will start to look for other alternatives. No matter blue or white collar, main thing is how much the chap earns. A normal construction site supervisor can be earning much more than a 2 year experience degree holder.

If want to marry a WL, then you have to make sure u have the means to take care of her and her family financially.

After more than a week reading this thread, I've finally finish all. There are many things to learn from here and I am sure many bros including me benefit from it. Regarding the visa thingy that maybe will be implemented soon, I have also heard it from my friend. She told me that it will be harder for her to enter Sillypore next time.

Not all WL are bad, because i befriended a few (no sex and money involved) and sometimes we just poured out heart out. It is actually quite enjoyable to talk with them because of different culture and life experience.

Anyway, their KC is too great for me to resist. I have fallen in love with one of them and now i am blinded by love. I dunno whether this relationship is one/two sided, but what I do know is that until I found out the answer, I will keep my xiao didi properly in place and won't cheong around.
