Maybe the rules have changed these few years. When i bought my VN properties last time, i am co-owner but i must still sign in order to sell. To be safe,buying condo will be safer, can put foreigner name. Now condo prices are low, with interest rates falling, property prices are expected to increase again in the near future.

only disadvantage of buying condo or apartment is that the price will not increase as much as landed property over the years.but it do fetch a higher rental if its for investment.

Of cos fast lah. Ppl flouted the law leh. If she is on LTSVP, it is stated clearly she cannot engage in any kind of work when applying. Plus if she is caught working as a WL, that makes 2.

On LTSVP still work as WL and kanna caught, of course will be deported. Even if get citizenship roi, if break the law, also go back VN straight.
she was not caught doing anything illegal just in the wrong place that is what
she said to me.

after ica told her to leave next day she went to a lawyer and signed divorced paper
that is all for now for update.
