Don't even need to go inside St James Park to experience that. Just across the street in Chinatown gets pretty rowdy as well. But I guess its slightly safer being a Chinese in Chinatown... slightly.

for me what works is this.... As i'm in the real estate business, I just say my developers / lawyers / bankers going out to discuss deals. Its true..... then i tell them KTV and we "discuss" there. Hahaha. My CO dun know shit.....

Haha! I stayed at the end of Chinatown, just beside the pub called Tiger Tiger back in Newcastle when i was studying there... Chinatown is our territory lah... Want to gangfight, call all your classmates can already, hahaha... They are loud but ball-less...

Anyway Newcastle is quite a nice town... quiet mostly...

Following on from bro CTL's comments, another good one to use if in the IT line or IT support line is server migration,and or replication of dBs. Normally done during down time, which is at nites, and if supporting big clients like banks etc, done over the weekends. So more opportunity for a weekend out ,

Understand what you're going through. Sometimes when we don't even need an excuse to chiong but still not satisfied because start to miss the family. Maybe, part of the fun is thinking up the excuse.

I look forward to every business trip because no longer need a license to chiong. But when the trip actually starts, most of the mood is gone because thinking of the family.

feels strange how i've changed, with no danger of being caught in a place where i could bonk myself silly. and what did i do? walked back to my hotel room and surf sbf again!

whatever happened to the young jintulan?

but he never got to travel in comfort nor had enuf in his pockets then... (he would never have had time to write this post if otherwise)

Come to think of it... it is a good red herring.

We keep calling them and missing them when abroad. When we do cheong, it would be the last thing that they think we're doing.
