Here is my FR on batam.
I went with few friends to batam for 3d2n and stayed at harris.. after an uneventful first day and first nite, head out to nagoya on 2nd day.. hehe walking around at nagoya hill finally the couples wanted to go back hotel so me and a friend stay around at nagoya to try out some batam ladies.. was checking sbf on my pone for any place to massage and bonk. By taking a risk me and my friend ask some cab driver to bring us to a place. he brought us to this place called 89. the chicks are not bad the old ladies price at 150k and the younger ones at 350k and 1 lady at 450k. so since first time and wanting a good service i gamble for the 450k girl and a friend of mine took one of the girls for 350k. The price is all in massage+bonk for 1.5hrs.. went to the small room with shower.. anyways i learn tat higher price doesnt mean better quality. She rush into the massage and wanted to start the FJ. for me if going to massage i prefer the girl to slowly massage and let my brother get aroused (kind of forelplay). bro Valentino_t77, S$100 for 1 day is way too much liao lah!! unless u stay at turi beach resort but go to tanjung unjang for bonking at the sintai lokalisasi then go all the way south to barelang bridge sightseeing etc

my 1st few trips always book taxi whole day. the sopir always say "up to u" when i wanna pay them. i gave them 200k-300k they always accept. besides touring the joints i only go for clean massage eg IndoThai, or go bookshop buy map or dictionary. what's more go seafood dinner with the cewek i also treat the driver wor.

my last few trips took taxi n ojek, but not sure of the rates n distance. too bad google maps no use in batam, roads n building names not shown, unlike singapore all labelled nicely. must buy latest maps from gramedia or karisma bookshop, which are not really that updated either... lol

so gotta rely on advice from batam old birds for approx market rate of public transport lor... at least bangkok there now can ask the driver to use meter, but seems like batam there is all 霸王车 one...

Std no bathtub. For superior got bathtub. Bathtub really CMI! Stain and hmm....dont how to describe. But teres two type. 1 with normal long bathtub. The other type not bathtub. Look to me like for peeing. Hehehe... but still price of superior at RP198K. No breakfast. Have to buy their voucher at RP15K. But tat morn took us to wait for 15mins. No sight of waiter/staff manning the bfast area. So gave up and go to nearby coffeeshop to take bfast.

mind water rusty smell, if u tink RP198K reasonable juz cos nearby Goldbird (teres so many other joints), then u try ya.

hotel most important is cleanliness of room n toilet liao...
then i check aircon, bed/pillow quality, tv reception.
so far, only know of formosa (S$55 just last week) fulfilling my criteria (like H81 standard), given my budget of abt S$50...

stayed at mid-range one like seruni S$34 a few months back. 1st time i stayed there (a few years back) really spanking clean, but this last time i went spotted quite a few kecoak…… toilet also not tip top condition any more...

when i'm not that fussy about everything, budget hotels also can. some i tried are: oron (beside puri garden, in front of nagoya hill plaza), bahari (behind lai lai), standard (4-5 years back liao, not much impression), asian or asean (also too long ago, only remember downstairs got a supermarket).

stayed at an upmarket one before (also few years back), called royal hotel iirc, 500k+ when exchange rate only 5k+ then (i tried cos got promo price 400k+ then). but my vague impression is that formosa beats it hands down given the price difference at similar quality.
