It is responsibility of the parents. If u are unable to feed yourself why have a kid whom u can't provide him/her the basic? Most developed countries face the same problem with birthrate declines. Most responsible parents were force not to have too many kids due to living cost.

If just by having kids and not taking care of them, providing them with the basic.... I do not see the benefit of having birthrate increases in a country.

My province there got a few vb want to get married, no need go agency, waste money, I can help but I must know you first then talk, if after marriage something goes wrong don't blame me or my bx ok.

BTW bo bao virgin hor. My bx also not virgin, chemistry is important.
