I'm actually quite reluctant to share this, 'cos she might become too busy after this, but what the heck. Good things are meant to be shared.

Walked past this place quite frequently, and always like to peep in, 'cos sometimes there will be a chio Chinese (PRC) girl there. Then one day, as I was rushing home, there was a new girl - looked quite young, very pretty, and what a bod! She was locking up to go out (lunch?).
