Well I am a divorcee and in early forties. After divorce got a gf thinking that she wont be interested in marriage with me. Our relationship lasted for 2 years and she always hint me she wanna marry . I had told her that our character dont match as we always have quarrels and fight. I just treated her like a lover only. After this experience I knows that all woman would likes to end up in marriage. Guess I dont wanna hurt any girls feeling anymore. I dont mind a second marriage if I find a right girl but sigh ....Give up...Perhaps should go for pay sex instead...There is no free lunch in this world...Woman just only wanna marriage even though cant get along...

character don't match yet you still see her as lover?! seriously bro, erm... it seems it is not going to work and yet you mentioned that "always have quarrels and fight".

Since you have had been married before and gone through divorce, I honestly doubt you will wanna go through this again. In my opinion, I would suggest you to move away because I can understand what she is thinking... just wanna wear a beautiful wedding gown and get pregnant like the rest of the women or her peers and go into that "I am also married and have children" mode! Women in their prime like 30s just below 40s will want that badly due to biological clock...

I beg to differ my dear Gentle Beast, regardless of "being truly financially and socially independent and successful in her own life" - a woman will still end of the day wanna get married. But for the right reasons and companionship in cases I have seen is that they were together for quite sometime and they have passed their prime, however getting married together means staying together and just reinforcing it that's all.

Married yes but PUR-LEASE! definitely not for just wearing a wedding gown and also NO "always have quarrels and fight" la! ===> this one seriously i also cannot take it!!! work already so sian and tired still quarrel and fight makes life even worst so this is HUGE NO NO!
