We won't know who that id is.
Reason you're seeing that is because they've disactivated a function called display my Id
So they're kinda "masked"

Yes I also received a request from this WeChat. Out of curiosity I accepted and the next thing I knew was that she text'd back to say not convenient to use this contact as it is her work place and gave me her personal contact. This one with photo of a syt. Not sure if should continue.....
