Man arrested for random stabbing attacks at AMK and Yishun this morning!

The Straits Times www.straitstimes.com Published on Apr 12, 2014 Man arrested over three 'random' stabbing attacks By Pearl Lee A 44-year-old man was arrested on Saturday in connection with three "random" stabbing attacks that took place in the morning. The victims, aged 35 to 61, were attacked in Ang Mo Kio and Yishun, between 6.15am and 9am. All made separate reports to the police, saying that the attacker had fled the scene after stabbing them with a knife. All three were taken to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital where they received outpatient treatment. Commander of Ang Mo Kio Police Division, Assistant Commissioner of Police Keok Tong San, said: "This case was particularly unsettling because the suspect seemingly targeted random victims with no apparent pattern.
