Recently, my wife's citizenship has been approved. But before the application, my wife was quite unsure for some time. She wanted to stay out with her vietnamese passport and singapore PR. But a few incidents made her change her mind and apply for Singapore Passport.

Last september, i brought my wife on a business trip to UK. I applied for a tourist VISA for her to enter UK. But upon arriving at Heathrow Airport after a long flight, the immigration officer questioned my wife and even asked her to go for medical check up. We were stuck at Heathrow airport for nearly 5 hours. Our trips to australia and even malaysia also met with problems. After she got her singapore passport, her recent trip with me to UK was smooth.
