bro.. joo chiat best place, pay them 20 or 30 buck can TCSS and touch touch.. worth it lor... but language a problem coz not all able to speak english, most of them viet girl.
if want someone to talk only then go lavendar the food court there got a few pubs, got waitress sit with you and talk but you no touch ah, wait keena molest case.. haha..
