Yes in Jan 2023 I've noticed that in Bangkok the clubs and restaurants are not as crowded as during pre-covid days.
I believe Thais have less disposable income to party frequently.
Thailand depends a lot on tourism after all.
Yes just wash eyes where the SYTs hang out is very light on the wallet.
