IMO, the gov has no time to keep track of your visit if no case has been found in the house you visited, unless you are someone very (in)famous or important.

Besides, if there is a case, you should be glad to be informed at once rather than spreading to all your love ones and friends which may be fatal to them.

Anyway, C19 is no different from other STDs one may get from WL in term of the risk of exposing your visiting to GL. If you go bonk, bear the risk and take all the pre-caution you can think of. It is always safer to watch porn and DIY at home.
