What about the Chinese party scene. Heard many Chinese moving from Sihanoukville down to Phnom Penh. Wonder where they go to party. Now see many Chinese tourists nowadays especially at the Bridge area. Wonder where they go.

What's diamond damage like? Haven check it out yet. Went to a few local KTV, there are gems if you don't care about language barriers.
