Wow. Just a bit of maths here for those who like to overtip abv the max 100k. If you are tipping 300k, she adds just 200k to her earnings. The girl probably have 8 customers a day, from each customer she would receive her due wage from Classic plus tips. So the additional 200k overtip wont be incentive enough to perform good service other than the SOP. However, it would spoil the market as collateral damage for others. Luckily those who overtip is in the minority. Heard that the Japs have moved to Thailand and South Korean to Phillipines, bringing their huge tips along to those markets. Seems like Singapore overtippers still around in Jakarta.
Hope that explains why girls never hope for overtip by giving good service. They have enough shit customers thatvtreated them badly. Good service happens if you can somehow connect or convince them to give good service by other means except money.
Loke many have said earlier, get the chemistry right, and you get good sex. You cant buy emotional connection using money.
