Few years ago, went for a Costa V cruise ship , boarding from Sing.
It is an angmoh operated crew. You The guests have to pay in US dollars
for goods and services.
Checked out their spa. Except the receptionist cum cashier was angmoh,
the male and female therapists were all Chinese. I asked if there was any
other nationality therapist, the answer was no.
One hour massage was about US$80, if there was an angmoh , I would
have try.
