I also went to Saigon1 too but made detour to VIP after our taxi driver remarked the 2 cars we passed by near the entrance while dropping us off look like unmark police cars.
We never enter and carry on walking straight ahead and then catch another taxi to Plaza Sentosa. Not our day as we were later caught in raid at VIP.
Should have aborted mission considering the strong winds signal.
