So . enforce pay per month. Maybe for the first month as trust is still an issue, can go for pay per half a month, of course first meet e.g 2k (4k arrangement).
At the very least, the birdy won't run away after first meet, and the 2k can be make the meeting a bit more worthwhile.
If they want frenching, or whatever shit, as long not RAW. They also need to pay the same sum, because SB is like employing a lady and make her dedicate her time for you, to please you.
Of course, SD seek for girl that enjoy time with them also, not just for sex.
Food, ambience and the cuddling all this + points .
SB can bring food, be it cheap local food like prata or anything (of course can ask if the SD want food) i am born as a "low" class SD so I am fine with local food but not all SD want cheap local food.
There also delivery service like Porterfetch, of course food not that expensive la.. no need like atas food or what. Even a SB home pack sandwich made with love +++ points (super + points hahaha !) or lovely prepared food.
Its such warmth and preparation that make the SD stick longer with a SB.

If the SB got an apartment of her own and live near the SD (to me, this is super + point, means if I can just wechat her, say hey can i meet you and etc etc. ) then just drive like less than 15 minutes, I can meet her, have a good 2 person time, this is super plus point.
Too bad all my SB live dam far from me and we ended after 3 months, I can't commit to the continuous hotel booking and I did visit my SB apartment but is slightly too far from me. When I feel the urge, i just want to drive to her place and have a good time. like finding wife to fuck at night.. of course the more I meet my SB, the more i pay her in terms of gifts, allowance.

Some SD such as me prefer to meet at late night, like 1am so most SB are unable to accomodate to such timing because they are working full time job or have schooling, so yes, being flexible in time is also a key factor.
