Perhaps one thing you can try is to get access to internet & get the agent's h/p number via their yahoo group. However, most agents will only do SMS, not to mention picking up phone calls from unknown caller ID . So you can logon to your telco's website to send the SMS (as your caller ID will be sent) to quickly PM/email you to room number? Haha...lay-chei I know, but a workable solution.
