hi, just thought to share abit to thread-starter.
sometimes we have diarrhea can be many reasons.. maybe stomach too active, or wrong foods.. or like what another poster mentioned, it may be stress, or living habits..
you can try varying your diet too? you might want to experiment with taking more "dry" foods, these might just make your stool less watery..? so have to go slow, try bit by bit.. too much then it will be either too watery, or too solid (then you get constipation)..
