"SAFE" is relative. There is no one answer to your question. It all depends upon the quality controls in place during manufacturing and storage conditions after the condom leaves the factory. If controls are poor the quality will vary from batch to batch.
Regardless of brand, any condom that has not been stored and handled properly may well break. Same applies to condoms which are way past their expiry dates.
When using a condom make sure you squeeze all the air out of the tip of the condom when you put it on. During the process don't let things run dry. Lubrication is very important. Lack of lubrication puts undue strain on the condom.
The bottom line though is that no condom is 100% safe. Even the best condoms in the world don't have a perfect track record. Some are defective and will break. It is estimated that the breakage rate is between 0.4% to 2%.
If you want to improve the odds in your favor bring your own condoms and make sure you handle and store them correctly and they have not yet expired.
If you leave it to the house there are more unknown factors over which you have no control.
