So far, i only know of two that still operates after 2am. Both are in Geylang. One along Geylang Lorong 23 (There is a thread on that joint) and the other is near to Lorong 20 beside a small handphone shop.

look for those house with 'Big House No.' with lighting, and you can even choose for your flavour one.
