Sometime when WL offers good service to a few individuals but not a particular individual, it might be an indirect hint to that fella not to rtf her.
There are instances where a WL offers certain extraordinaire services to an individual or a handful of individuals but not to certain group of punters, and also tell this group of punters that she would never offer this "extraordinaire kinda services", it may be because this group of punters are not in her "preferred client list". It is just like any punters, we have our first choice WL.
For example, when a WL told a punter that she would never French kiss any gl punter and hence don't ever look for her if you need this service. The question is, do u actually believe what she said? If u do, u must be very naive and inexperience.
