Of the regardless hw many yrs any1 would be in btm,i believe they would hav started as newbie for their first couple mths. It's a process to start frm newbie first & then to becm a later oldbie.

Unless 1 can say tat they started btm in their first few trips there as an oldbie? tat's not goin to b physically possible.
My key message was, while keeping newbie's expectation low isn't wrong,hwevr it'd be equally misleadin to set a 3-shot limits upon them
as much as tellin them they could get unlimited shots, which may later in turn limits a newbie future mongerin exp in btm.
