Unless u are super duper unlucky, most immigration dun bother about condoms... I have my luggage scanned hundreds time n no one stop me for having condoms
As for porn, unless u bring 10, 20 pieces of DVDs, most will not stop, ask u to boot up your laptop n inspect what is in it.
I took my medication once n was stopped but after inspecting the packaging with the label, it was fine to go thru. Guess a lot of ppl will pack a small first aids box when traveling oversea. If u are confident with your reply, the immigration will not want to detain u.
Anyway as long as u know u did not break the law, maybe waste a bit of time answering their questions, u should be alright to go thru.
