I have read this thread several times (yes,whole thread and no less than 4 times),i learned about 5 years ago in this thread,someone shared a few girls name from some booking joints that gives him a superb good time in this thread.Others began to PM him,he pass what he knew to them.Some of those who PMed him and got the contacts didnt have a good time as he stated,so they began to blame him for all his recommendations and there was a quarrel right here. It didnt just happen once or twice,so i make it a point not to bother remembering the girl's name (since those who knows me here knows well i am no good at remembering names,hehehe...),i make it a point NOT to keep any Batam related indo contacts (drivers,girls contact no.etc),except for guys who are good people in this forum (and other forums).
In a form of minimum respect to another human,I dont post picture of girls (or person) that shows their face,in fact i rarely take photos of the girls I booked. (they did use my phone to take a photo of themselves which i delete off before returning to Sillypore)
And when people starts PM-ing me to ask for such details,i am not lying to anyone when i say "i dont know". Of course bros whom i have their contacts,i definitely cannot let others know w/o 1st seeking permission of its owner. Becos of this principle, i have INSISTED to go PERSONALLY to Batam later to collect back my handphone which i left in the Hotel i stayed in my last trip even tho at least half a dozen bros who are heading to Batam after me offered to help me retrieve it back.But i just have to turn down their kindness. Not becos i dont trust them,but it is my responsibility to keep other people's personal information safe (phone numbers being one of it). Its also my principle to right my own wrong and not trouble others unnecessary.

Your idea of that listing is good for lousy problematic girls but in the long run,it may not turn out as good (personal perspective). One example would be a girl Di An ,popularly known to be a runner.

Ok,to be fair,I need to emphasis that 2 Dian/s MAY NOT be the same person but when I went back to Happy 8 during July/Aug,there were no longer the girl name Dian ,citing from Papi was she no longer works there. Then again girls who usually have this type of pattern were not born with it. They (both/single girl/s) have been season booking girls for a while in Batam. And if Dian knows she has left with a bad name,next thing she could to do was to simply change their name and if she has a good reputation,she will continue to use the same name in the next place she works in. So your list may becomes not much of a use in this case.

Where are the key source of lousy attitude in girls? My 1st findings was from their community,hehehe…so the joint’s community of girl and the attitude of the OKT in the joints plays a very important role. Words do spread between the girls. When I am a lousy customer,every girl “siam” (avoid) me,but if I am a good customer,every girl starts waving at me,hehehe…words spread around fast and so words carried around (fast) can also turn a good girl's character (and mindset) to become a bad one especially when they are still very young (SSYT).
Now,lets look at the new SYT girls that just arrived in any joints,hehehe…they are lesser polluted by the so call community hence at times one may find good gems. But then again,not all are good as some are from other joints or has been in this kind of working environment in other parts of Indo,like Jakarta/Medan etc? New SYT also wants to build customer base too,not forgetting the REALLY GOOD ONES would usually be bought over by their customers to be kept as mistress. MILF and or some semi SYT,their characteristic will be more stable and were less likely to be polluted by the community. They also know they are no match with those SSYT in store,therefore focus more onto being service orienting in hope for the return of regular customers while at the same time trying their best to create new ones if opportunity knocks (which sometime dont come much often). Work or go hungry theory here. (work is work,work hard or not is another matter)
OKT-wise I guess no need to say much as they are the community’s key people. Joints with "good OKT" knows their girls well enough and they knows their girls are above average (in Batam) they will be confident enough not to practice hard-core selling. I am sure you also know which joints dont need to push their girls but everyday their girls will be 95% sold out even on weekdays. And understanding how the joint runs their business and their OKT’s characteristic is the key to hit some of the right buttons.
("good OKT" here do not means that they are good in character or attitude)
I make comparison between the joint’s OKTs,their girls and how their business operation are being ran whenever there is a customer. i am still experimenting and learning as my days in Batam goes and along my experimenting i shared my finding along the way in hope everyone can have a good time and stay safe.

Most fails are those who do not read (and understand) and has really bad luck in Batam. There are those who dont read and pass,but their 2nd/3rd trip fails miserably when their luck eventually runs out (thats on non-repeated girls).
My solution (or suggestion) to your list :
Try to keep track on EACH JOINT's bad review instead of an individual girl. Of course the girl's name can be be an added information,tho not necessary to have them. Let's say if MM has 2 runaway girls in your list,believe me...out of 10 girls you see there in MM,you will know at least 6 are runaways. Why,you may ask. Its kind of like the culture of the girl's working environment as words spread around,remember? And this culture is different in every booking joint.They learn from each other and adapt fast. Monitor each joint instead.

3. Bunga Massage

6. Hawaii Karaoke (this joint has no ranking yet and has about 20+ girls in any one time during my last 2 visits)
The rest are smaller sized joint with usually less than 15 girls,which isnt very accurate,so i shant share it here as it will become misleading if anyone follows it.
