Not sure man. Just suddenly like that with no reasons.

Normal doc as in clinic or polyclinic doc? If go there what should I say? Or just ask for a body checkup?

Abit about my self. I am 31 this year. Always been on the fat side. Join gym for 6mth now as I decided to lose some weight. No history of health problem or such. But this seems to happen after I join gym. Is there anything wrong?
