When my MIND is fully aroused with the lady, second shot achievable 10 mins after the first. Third shot 30 mins after the second. But cannot do this same drill day in and day out. Need a period of abstinence in-between
By the way I am in in my mid-50s. Non-smoker, non-drinker, low BMI and low fat %.
