Had a rather rigorous debate with a Uber passenger of mine who claimed he slept with scores of women in his 20 years of bonking. From experience, sexually frustrated milfs are way better in bed than slutty SYTs.

I have been thinking about this question over the past week due to some targets I a working on.

My verdict is a firm MILF.
There are older women who are still attractive/sexy and they are much more receptive to sex and better in bed as well.
Maybe it is because of my age (43), I find the conversation with MILF are more interesting and wide ranging.

SYT on the other hand, you got to spend much more effort/time and I think it is just not worth it.
I would still target SYT because I do like them, but if I couldn't get a quick hit, I will cut loss and move on.
