I can't tell from the image. The lymph nodes are located in the groin which is not in clear view.

I can't see anything wrong from the image. You cannot tell whether a lymph node is swollen just by looking. You need a doctor to feel the lymph node in order to tell.

U referring to the pimple? You cant see swollen lymph nodes. You need to feel it and it will be pain and swollen

The pimple is a little painful when i press on it hard but i am not sure if it is a swollen lymph node or just a cryst

There are no external indications. All you'll feel is pain and swelling.

That looks like a cryst to me a rather large one, my wife had one similar to yours but she had it on her back and larger than yours. It took me a total of 2 separate attempts to finally fully squeeze out all the nasty stuff .
