Posting on behalf of a lady friend seeking for advice

My friend unwilling got involved with a married man, she is sick of this relationship but unable to walk out of it because they work at the same place.

She loves him too much but hate to be a drama queen

He will have his ways to attract her attention and pull her back. She does not want to be a 3rd party and she’s very confused, unable to tell what type of person he is.

He’s very protective of her and give her his full support at work though she knows that he’s a ladies man, like to sweet talk other women too.Only god knows what kind of person he is and how many women he has out there. Since he has so choices, why can’t he just leave her alone?

She could have jolly well change job but is not easy to find a job as well paid as this. She need this job to survive.

I really can’t understand this, since he has a good wife and always maintain a good family man image, why does he have to seek for other women outside and hurt other’s heart?

Agreed with what the other bros say, just pay and go.
Why have to get involved with another person?

She need to change job else she can never walk away.
Else just be a drama queen and report him to senior management for sexual harassment.

Her reply:

Thanks bro, he has never sexually harassed me in fact he never text me now except to discuss about work.

I guess the most sensitive thing to do now is just to kill any feelings, stay neutral and be professional at work.

I think you made a typo error, you actually meant 'her' :)

Seriously, it will be very hard to get away from this tight spot which your friend has gotten herself into. Especially so, if he is her superior, and has to work closely with him. Matter of factly, where sex is involved, the party that suffers the most humiliation, when it comes out in the open, is usually the woman.

Either he loses interest in your friend, in due course... or her quiting, I don't see how the issue will end in your friend's favour.

There’s no sex involved because he has always treated me with respect and is professional at work. In fact he has not touch me but protects and take care of me at work. Guess this is what deeply attract me to him.

In fact he is a good superior who listen and take good care of all his staff even for the pantry auntie.

He can be very strict, always tell the brutual truth and is like a mentor at work yet can do really sweet stuff that really melts my heart each time I wanted to give up 😌

No sex involved, no sweet talks to her.

Only constant guidance, criticism on how to become a better person.
Strict at work too.

Tell her it will never work. The guy is looking for free pussy without paying.
Tell her to tell him that she wants to stop. Period.
Prepare her resume, just in case.
Either way, involved with him or not career prospects same same.
If she thinks otherwise, then she wants to use her charms to get her way. In that case, she should not complain as that is her moral decision.
