must ask our minister what kind of services are actually under “personal health and wellness”

More like for beauty 美容 shops. A bunch of them got together to launch a petition a few days ago was reported in chinese newspaper. But also know many black shops operate as 美容 facial which is as bad if not worse than tuina or massage!

They will restart the old style of Health Centre!!!!

The ministers all realized that the current spas all CMI and longed for the old Health Centre concept!

No need to discuss further, just anyhow talk can aldy. All the PG samsters here think traditional networking with computers is childrens' playground. Duck and chicken talk, how to continue? Huricane88 a duck user, can still choose to reply or not. Need to use cow sense to talk or not?

Just talk farmer issues can aldy. Need to expand into an array of topics for what? Duck users of course no choice, cannot choose to reply all.

I doubt it. The government should be waiting for the virus to die down further before reopening bubble tea stores.

Two main reasons Im guessing:
(1) Limit the flow of people around
(2) Health considerations. Given that bubble tea is considered the "unhealthy" segment of drinks, govt is trying to limit such consumption.

Dreaming of soaking in world spa hot pool...rainy weather shiok to soak in hot pool, followed by shuang fei...alas it will remain a dream

For those "legit" spas or MPs with a sizable number of MLs whom are predominantly PRCs/Viets, are they still going be able to work in same location after CB phase 2 or 3?

Just wondering if these places will have enough MLs to sooth the aching "muscles" from cheongsters pent up after months of WFH.
