Had my fair share of MILFs and not too proud of it.
The affairs ranged from a year relationship to ONS.
Most do it because the relationship at home is unhappy. Some of the husbands are mama's boy and hence, a cuckold by their wives while others cited husbands who were not spending time with them and hence, they decided to eat outside to satisfy themselves. I do not have a lot of experience with MILF so what I say here may or may not be true. Based on my limited experience, a special relationship with MILF usually starts with the following

1) She is too tired looking after the children
2) Bad/minimum sex life with the hubby but hubby is very nice to her
3) She found out that her hubby is cheating on her (usually from his hp or email)
