Have Some Problem With Premature Ejaculation
 

Was with an FL yesterday and i came within 5 mins :(

This the 3rd time that this has happened and i really feel i need to try to do
something about this, mainly i tried doing kegels but i don't know if i am doing it
correctly

One thing i noticed myself is that the PE comes and goes, i don't know why?

Anyone can share any tips to delay abit longer or help me understand why i am
going through this would be helpful

Dear TS, how old are you and how long have you been having PME?

Most cases of premature ejaculation are due to weak pelvic muscles. For a case of weak pelvic muscles, it feels like the mind is trying very hard not to ejaculate, but the physical body just refuses to follow the commands of the brain.

A good exercise to do is the controlling of pee during peeing, progressively releasing and stopping, instead of just peeing all at a ago. It will build up the strength of the pelvic muscles.

Other cases possible are also due to weak muscle fibres of the main shalf, which are there are certain exercises which can be performed to increase their strenth and endurance.

From experience, the root to solving PE is to identify is it is a problem of the mind or body, then we can target the issue directly for the most effective solution.
