From what little I know about this new U18 law....... the Singapore side will not actively go around looking for cases outside the little red dot to prosecute.... but they have to take action against you if you are arrested in the other country.

There is no need for any witness to come to Singapore as there is a presumption proviso that you are guilty of the offence as long as the authorities of the other country file an affidavit.

In layman terms..... as long as you have been detained by another country on the charge of obtaining sex with underage girls.... you are presumed to be guilty by our authorities. You can be as influential and well connected as Howard Shaw but you still will be guilty.


When those Ah Peks were cheonging Batam long time ago....... there was no such law.
Even those Ah Peks are smart enough to avoid the young ones now...... FYI I belong to this category. :p

Just came back yesterday. For those who usually booked at chan travels near Lee garden they will be moving out probably next year.FYI

Thanks to the information our bros provided here we managed to recce channiwate 3 and Sky farms but in the end settled for ST massage @ Nice Lady.
