U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy said he believes 13 is too young for children to be on social media platforms (https://www.goodmorningamerica.com/news/story/school-district-sues-social-media-giants-creating-youth-96314087), despite some of the most popular platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, allowing users to be that age.
