An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
When you drink a cup of coffee say 200ml you count it as intake 200ml fluid.
But when you dipped in biscuits and all absorbed by the biscuit and you eat the soaked biscuit and finallee the cup is empty.
Do you still can count as 200ml fluid being taken ?
Does your body process it as fluid during the hydration process ?
