SINGAPORE - A 74-year-old man on the run from the law in the United States for 30 years has been caught and extradited to America.
Jack Hsu was convicted in Dallas, Texas, in 1992 of five counts of bank fraud and five counts of embezzlement from a bank.
He was sentenced to 33 months’ imprisonment, but was allowed to remain free on bond pending a decision on the prison in California...
