Hi bros,

I understand there are a few threads and discussions about PE. And some online shops selling sprays/cream and pills.

Just some questions about those sprays/cream and pills and hope bros who have used them before can help a bro out :)

1) Which product do you use and works best in your experience?

2) If one uses the spray or cream, need to clean them off before a bj or sex?

3) These products seem to need prescription from doctor in Singapore. Are they safe to use?

Thanks in advance!

If you're Singaporean, PR or an LTVP holder - visit your nearest Polyclinic for a consultation on PE and they will prescribe you generic Viagra or Cialis. No need to be shy, you can ask for a male doc at registration if you don't feel you're brave enough to face a lady and talk about your problem

Depending on what you say during consultation, the doc will also ask that you rule out health-related potential causes for your PE (e.g diabetes)

If you have the time and a bit more cash, visit a urologist and ask for a consult. A urologist is a cock specialist, so his advice on ED meds should be taken very very seriously.

Self-medicating through sprays and creams as a first approach is rather silly. After you establish that there is no underlying health condition that causes PE, just age and maybe testosterone decline then you can start experimenting which ED med works best for you

Personally for me, Bayer's Levitra (Vardenafil) is probably the best (my urologist from a "lousy school" recommended it to me). All the ED drugs' original patents have expired so generic versions are available (though these can have varying degrees of effectiveness depending on the supplier)

I personally use gambir.

it will give you a burning sensation for 20 to 25 mins, and your penis will eventually be numb.

then, you'll be able to perform like a porn star.

I have never use any of those spray or tissue before. but I was able to carry a small piece of gambir root in my wallet, and use it when the need arises.

Actually, before you start spending money on all kinds of products, you gotta find out if your supposed PE is due to what cause and try and resolve those first.
If cos of stress, then remove stress.
If cos too much porn or wanking, then stop watching porn and wanking so much.
If cos lack confidence, then get some experienced chick to teach you how to relax and last longer (personally that was my issue, so I never had to pay for all kinds of products plus that chick became my long-term fuck buddy).
If cos too sensitive for whatever reason (your nerves extra power or what) then go for the numbing creams rather than pills.
If cos erectile dysfunction, then go for ED drugs like Viagra, Levitra, Cialis.

And like the other bro mentioned, check with the urologist if it isn't something psychological in nature. If legit nothing else works then I guess you can start trying whatever you think might help. Don't anyhow waste money before establishing the cause of your condition.

I had both PE and ED, frustrating isn't it? I was prescribed Levitra and after taking it, I was rock hard, and seems to last and last. Even my gf was surprised at my endurance. Co-incidence? I don't know.

Thanks bros for responding!

I do agree I should see a doctor to find the root cause for my PE problem.

I don't have ED, but quite frequently, I'll be very sensitive and will ejaculate within 1-2 minutes of masturbating or penetration. Occasionally, there are times when I can last pretty long which is quite surprising.

I've also tried to "train" by edging or masturbating before sex but it doesn't seem to work. So I'm suspecting I'm just too sensitive most of the time. Of course I should still see a doctor to find the root cause.

I'll go consult a doctor as suggested! Thanks bros!
