（早报讯）被指在没有获得当局批准下聘用他人在按摩院工作，也没有确保在按摩院工作的员工不提供性服务，5 8岁男老板将于明天（5月25日）被控上法庭。

警方发文告表示，去年8月11日，宏茂桥警署突击巴耶利巴路上段一家按摩院时，发现一名男子抵触两项按摩院 法令（Massage Establishment Act），一项是没有确保在按摩院工作的员工不为顾客提供性服务，另一项则是在没有获得当局批准的情况下聘 请人在按摩院工作。

男子因此将在明天被控上法庭。

Charge for not seeking approval from relevant authorities for engaging others' employer worker. Failing to unsure, staff do not provide sexual service. 58 years old boss will be charge in court tomorrow.

According to the Police report. Last year 11 August, AMK DIV raided upper paya lebar massage parlour, found one guy committed 2 counts of offense under (Massage Establishment Act), first count is never ensure massuer working in the establishment do not provide sexual service, the second count is never seek approval from relevant authorities to employ others' employee worker
