Have not been up to date with flower joints and KTVs cause of covid as most businesses convert to bistros. With the relaxation of regulations, Are there any affordable flower joints in Singapore with china singers open for business ?

Appreciate to recommend some joints to patronize for singing, drinking and having fun. Preferably those smaller joints with less spending power, if not those middle/large joints also can. Thank you!
