that's because....
1. They went round the globe to start wars and troubles in some regions, and go recycle again....
in 1950s war in Asia with Vietnam... inciting war between N and S Vietnam.... make Asean region currencies unsafe to trade..
In 1990s start war in ME.... make ME States currencies unsafe to trade for oil.....
In 2010 start war in Venezuela... S...
