An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
I have this problem since NS days. But back then, it was just a wanting to shit feeling.
Nowadays, it's running to the toilet within 30 minutes after the intensive run. The poo just come out watery.
It isn't what I eat. I can eat healthy salad the whole day and I still get the same diarrhoea after the run.
On non running days, my poo is normal.
Why?
Does running cause diarrhoea?
