Most major JAV studio practices fake creampie. You can try google the leaked “uncensored” jav. And u can see mid way camera angle change, the actor will wear those super thin condoms. It’s not obvious but u can see the shiny reflection of the rubber.

There are also fake squirting. The actor attached a small hose to their finger. It’s not obvious when most JAVs are censored.
