An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
Like Soh Ruiyong, I have deep respect for my Commando friends. To me, these are the true soldiers who don't wayang like the rest of SAF and swear their allegiance to the country.
However, there is no need for sour grapes to belittle Soh's 2.4km timing. It takes a lot of training, discipline and conditioning to clock sub-7min for 2.4km. Likewise, it takes lots of training for commandoes, naval divers and likes to be the best soldiers in Singapore...
