just a lousy gimmick which serves zero purpose except giving crazy assholes power to abuse by "zapping" the hell out of anybody they don't like.
check out the profile of TomMAffolter and see that there is hardly a single one of his posts which does not flame or attack others - nothing more than a bitter bastard who tries to make enemies with everybody just because he is a coward in real life.
